EcoLogic provides a cloud-based contractor management platform that includes features such as job management, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments, documents, messaging, and AI-powered assistance.

Features may change, evolve, or be added over time.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Use EcoLogic for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Some features of EcoLogic require a paid subscription.

• Pricing and plans are displayed on our website or inside the app
• Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

EcoLogic may offer free trials or demo experiences.

• Demo environments are limited and for evaluation only
• Demo data may be reset or removed at any time
• EcoLogic is not responsible for loss of demo data

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload ("User Content").

By using EcoLogic, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process User Content solely to provide the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious code
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Interfere with system performance
• Use EcoLogic to spam, harass, or abuse others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

EcoLogic includes AI-powered tools intended to assist users.

• AI outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before acting on them
• EcoLogic does not guarantee accuracy of AI outputs

EcoLogic may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, communication tools, accounting software).

EcoLogic is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

All EcoLogic software, branding, and content are owned by EcoLogic and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of EcoLogic.

You may cancel your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required payments are not made
• We reasonably believe your use poses risk to the platform

Upon termination, your access will end.

EcoLogic is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted
• That the service will be error-free
• That results obtained will be accurate

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoLogic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcoLogic from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of EcoLogic constitutes acceptance of changes.
